Shipping policy

We use a 3rd party courier to fulfil our deliveries. We base our delivery times off the recommended times given to us. We endeavour to fulfil the deliveries within the time stated however we will not be held responsible for factors out of our control.

If there are any delays in the delivery we will communicate this with you. When the expected delivery is later than 2 days please contact us and we will rectify the situation.
